List work item votes

GET/api/v2/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{project_id}/work-items/{pk}/votes/

Return every vote on a work item as a paginated list, newest first. Each row is one user's vote. Count the rows where vote is 1 for upvotes and -1 for downvotes. Add ?expand=actor to show who voted.

Anyone who can see the work item can list its votes. A work item you can't see, or an archived one, returns 404.

Path Parameters

slug:requiredstring

The workspace slug. It appears in your Plane URLs. In https://app.plane.so/my-team/projects/, the slug is my-team.

project_id:requiredstring

The project the work item belongs to. Accepts the project UUID or its identifier, for example ENG.

pk:requiredstring

The work item. Accepts its UUID or its human identifier, for example ENG-142.

Pagination

per_page:optionalinteger

Page size. Defaults to 50, maximum 200.

offset:optionalinteger

Number of rows to skip from the start of the result set. Maximum 10000. Read the next value from the response rather than computing offsets yourself.

count:optionalboolean

Defaults to true. Set to false to skip the COUNT(*) behind total_count. The field is then omitted from the response.

Response shaping

fields:optionalstring

Comma-separated list of fields to return on each row. Unrequested keys are omitted from the response, not returned as null, so absent means "not requested" and null means "actually null". id always comes back whether or not you name it.

Pass all for every requestable field. An unknown name is a 400 that lists the valid set and suggests the closest match, so a typo can't silently cost you the saving.

Requestable here: actor_id, created_at, id, project_id, updated_at, vote, work_item_id.

expand:optionalstring

Comma-separated relations to embed alongside the ids: actor (the user who voted, with id, display_name, avatar_url, and email).

Expansion is separate-key. ?expand=actor keeps actor_id and adds an actor object next to it. An unknown value is a 400. See Expanding relations.

Errors

Status	Code	Cause
401	unauthorized	Missing or invalid credentials.
402	payment_required	The feature this endpoint belongs to isn't enabled on your plan, or is switched off.
403	forbidden	Your token scope doesn't allow this.
404	not_found	No such work item, project, or workspace, you can't see the work item, or it's archived.
406	not_acceptable	The Accept header asks for a representation the API can't produce.
429	rate_limited	Throttled. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying.
